Shipping:

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. You can place your orders at pielculta.com anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that all orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, we will immediately start processing fulfillment. If you received a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel the order since it has already been picked up by the carrier. Please keep in mind we're a small team.
